The two battalions of SPDC together with two battalions of DKBA combine together and they fired heavy gun to villages and villagers got injured.

SPDC Light Infantry Battalion 545 and 547 combine with DKBA battalion 907 and 909 led by battalion commander Mya Khin, he is a third Battalion Commander. They go to upper A' Ler village and fired a heavy gun to Kyakawa village on 29 October 2009 at 4:00 pm. The reason that they fired heavy gun is that they overhear the KNU soldiers entered to the village.

Following they fired gun to the village, one two years old child of 19 years old mother Naw Ma Oo Yei died and she herself got seriously injured. Naw Ma Oo Yei was sent to Kawkaerik hospital immediately. Some of villagers' animal also died and injured for this activity.
